BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County community gave back to the Bakersfield Ronald McDonald House for its Day of Giving on Wednesday. The sandwich chain partners with more than 200 local charities each year for this nationwide fundraiser. In Kern County, they partnered with the Baker sfield Ronald McDonald House, which provides a "home away from home" for families with critically ill children who are hospitalized.
