ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 20-year-old Rochester man has admitted to shooting and killing a Rochester teenager back in 2024. The Monroe County District Attorney's Office said Jymere Feliciano pleaded guilty Wednesday to first-degree manslaughter in the death of 17-year-old Jaden Scott. Sco tt was shot while walking on Nassau Street on July 26, 2024. Rochester Police said Feliciano and Scott walked past each other, both armed, and Feliciano took out his illegally possessed gun and fired. Scott died after being brought to the hospital. Feliciano was later arrested in Georgia and brought back to New York. He faces 20 years in prison and five years of post-release supervision when sentenced on June 13. ...read more read less
