FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man went off Manning Avenue, crashed down an embankment, and died Thursday in Fresno County, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash happened around 12:30 a.m. on Manning Avenue and Highway 99 near Fowler. CHP says a man was driving on Manning Avenue when he went off the roadway and went down an embankment, landing on the highway below.
