(KRON) -- A roadway in Oakley is shut down Thursday for what police are calling a “major traffic collision investigation.” The Oakley Police Department said as of 10:36 a.m. that Main Street is closed in both directions between Shady Oak Drive and Simoni Ranch Road. Officers at the scene are co nducting an investigation related to the crash. (KRON4) Further details on the collision were not immediately available. Police said there is no threat to public safety.
