WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – One of the men charged with killing two southwest Kansas mothers wants the judge off his case. Tad Cullum filed a motion in the Texas County, Oklahoma, to recuse and disqualify Judge Jon Parsley. He says Parsley represented Tifany Adams in a case in 2010, which raises questions about his ability to be impartial. Cullum's attorney says if the judge is not removed, Cullum's constitutional right to a fair trial would be violated. For more Kansas news, click here.
