According to the office of Attorney General Liz Murrill, on March 25, the National Center for Missing and Explo ited Children alerted law enforcement agents of the alleged actions of 27-year-old Nerrie Joseph Borne Jr. Metairie area SWAT roll ends ‘peacefully’ A joint investigation was carried out by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, resulting in Borne's arrest.
