MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The District Attorney's Office says it wants to transfer a juvenile suspect charged with a woman's rape and murder last year to adult court. The 17-year-old suspect is charged with first-degree murder and rape in the death of 19-year-old Aaliyah Kyles, who was killed last July at a house on Bald Eagle Drive in Hickory Hill. 19-year-old killed in shooting; family seeks justice Neighbors said they heard a disturbance and gunshots, and saw a male in all black flee the scene.
