(KRON) -- An at-risk man has been reported missing by the Fairfield Police Department. Ignacio Casilla, 73, was last seen Wednesday around 5:30 p.m. on the 1400 block of Shelby Drive. Casilla suffers from early stages of dementia, according to police. He stands five feet tall and weighs approximat ely 105 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue scrub pants.
