Wichita Historical Museum announces new trustees and officers

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum announced updates to its Board of Trustees, including two new trustee elections and board officer appointments for 2025.

olomon were newly elected to three-year terms, joining the Museum's dedicated trustees. According to a news release from the Museum, the Board elected the following officers for the upcoming term:
Lynn Rogers, President
Jay Fowler, 1st Vice President
Georgia Stevens, 2nd Vice President
Dean Bradley, Treasurer
Gail Williams, Secretary
Continuing trustees include: Dean Bradley, Steve Criser, Kianga Crowley, Myra Devlin, Ross DeVore, Lisa Dodson, Tom Dondlinger, Jay Fowler, Dr. Tera Hedrick, Dr. Robin Henry, Dr. Dan Housholder, Jack Kellogg, Robert Minter, Robert Moore, Dr. Lisa Parcell, Lynn Rogers, Tracy Rutledge, Georgia Stevens, Laura Taylor, John Troutt, Gail Williams, and Kate Young
Museum Director Eric Cale called the work of the trustees, past and present, "foundational" to the Museum’s continued success.
Founded in 1939, the Historical Museum has been located in the 1890 City Hall since 1980. Accredited since 1972, it educates the community about the history of Wichita and Sedgwick County through collection and preservation. ...read more read less
