EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Electric (EPE) will be conducting construction work starting on March 31 in Northwest El Paso to improve reliability, accommodate growing energy needs, and future developments, according to the utility. The work is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, from March 31 through April 30. According to EPE, traffic control will be placed along Bluff Creek Street from Dewberry Drive to Transmountain Drive.
