SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- All city and county of San Diego offices and government-run facilities will be closed Monday for Cesar Chavez Day, which is designated a state holiday in California. Cesar Chavez Day is observed by public offices in the city, the county and other cities such as Chula Vis ta and National City. Check below for a list of what will and will not be impacted by the holiday closure in the city and county of San Diego.
