RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A 20-year-old Henrico man was found dead with a gunshot wound in Richmond's East End Tuesday evening. At 9:24 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, officers with the Richmond Police Department were patrolling in the city's Whitcomb neighborhood when they heard gunfire. Shortly after, the Department of Emergency Communications reportedly received a call for a person shot in the 2400 block of Carmine Street. Officers then responded to the area and found a man -- identified as 20-year-old Kanye Lewis, of Henrico County -- lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound.
