Good Wednesday evening! Be prepared for a few more showers before the day is done. Those showers are moving into Southern New England right now, and will be scattered, but present into the evening. It won’t make this evening a washout, but know that we’ll have some drips and drops as the sun
goes down. Around midnight, the last of the rain leaves us and the clouds start to part as well. Temperatures will hit the low 30s by tomorrow morning.
Thursday is shaping up to be a decent day! It’ll be a bit breezy at times, but we’ll have sunshine to start the day, and highs in the upper 40s. Clouds move back in late Thursday evening, as a quick cold front comes through late Thursday into early Friday morning. That front will drive a few showers our way after midnight, but they’ll be gone by the Friday morning commute. Clouds decrease leaving us with another breezy but partly to mostly sunny day on Friday. Highs will be in the mid 50s.
The weekend looks… iffy. We have a front that will try to stall across New England over the weekend. That could lead to rounds of rain, mainly Saturday, but Sunday as well. It’ll also create some questionable temperature patterns throughout the weekend. At the moment, it looks like both days will be in the low to mid 50s. However, if the front bobs north or south, temperatures could go up or down from there.
This whole funky pattern looks like it’ll get “swept away” by a cold front on Monday. The down side is that we’ll likely have heavy rain to start the week. The up side is that the weather following that front looks calmer and sunnier.
