HARTFORD, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin are investigating a case involving a paid, on-call volunteer fire and EMS member accused of inappropriate contact with an out-of-state juvenile. According to the Hartford Police Department, officials received information on Sunday, March 22, 2025 , about an inappropriate conversation between the volunteer and the juvenile. Neenah police officer fired after search warrants lead to child pornography charges Hartford Fire/EMS Chief Tony Burgard reported the allegation to Police Chief Scott MacFarlan, who referred the case to the West Bend Police Department due to a conflict of interest.
