As of reporting, there have been no reports of injuries or deaths. This is a developing story and we will update you once we learn more. According to Canutillo Independent School District's Facebook, bus routes may be impacted, and CISD Transportation is working on finding alternative routes. The following impacted routes are: Damian Elementary School: 51 and 53 Canutillo Middle School: 51, 31, 55 and 56 Canutillo High School: 54 and 62 Northwest Early College High School: 23 In addition, the Texas Department of Transportation said all lanes are closed at Doniphan East at Borderland and all Westbound lanes at Tarango Street.
