(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff's Office (EPSO) is looking for additional victims of a former foster parent who is accused of sexual offenses against children spanning more than a decade. According to EPSO, an investigation was launched on Feb. 14 following a report of sexu al assault of a child. The suspect, 42-year-old Jason Allen Johns, was previously a foster parent to the victim. Courtesy: El Paso County Sheriff's Office During the course of the investigation, EPSO said detectives uncovered additional allegations against Johns, some of which spanned more than a decade. Based on that information, EPSO said detectives believe there may be more victims who have not come forward. The investigation remains active and ongoing, and anyone with information or who believes they may have been victimized is urged to contact EPSO's Tip Line at (719) 520-7777.
