(COLORADO) — Black Hills Energy announced that customers will see a reduction of between about 3.4% to 23% in their natural gas bills starting on Tuesday, April 1. According to Black Hills Energy, the company filed the 2025 second quarter Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) with the Colorado Public Uti lities Commission (CPUC), and the change was approved on Wednesday, March 26, reflecting the changing natural gas cost in all three base rate areas in Colorado.
