(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff's Office (EPSO) said the person found unresponsive on Crawford Avenue has been identified. On March 24 at around 5:45 a.m., an EPSO deputy was patrolling Crawford Avenue between CanAm Highway and Grinnell Boulevard when they found a vehicle s topped in the roadway near the intersection of Crawford and Withington Drive. When the deputy approached the vehicle and found an unresponsive man, identified as 24-year-old Miguel Ramirez Quiroz in the passenger seat, responding deputies immediately started lifesaving measures. However, measures were unsuccessful, and Quiroz was declared dead on the scene.
