Andrew Tate, the right-wing influencer who’s accused of rape and sex trafficking in Romania, allegedly attacked one of his girlfriends while they were having sex in Los Angeles earlier this month.
Insiders with direct knowledge told TMZ that Bri Stern filed a sexual assault report linked to the al
leged March 11 incident, in which she says the self-proclaimed misogynist violently choked her while they were having sex during a stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
According to Stern, Tate, 38, allegedly refused her pleas to stop until he finished having sex with her. It was only after he fell asleep that Stern says she rushed to the bathroom to photograph her injuries.
The model, who reportedly met Tate last June while she was in Romania for a gig, was diagnosed as “post-concussive” four days later, according to emergency room discharge documents shared with the outlet.
TMZ also obtained screenshots of text messages between Tate and Stern, in which he allegedly spoke of beating and abusing her.
Sources said Stern waited to file her police report until Tate left the United States. He and his brother Tristan arrived back in Romania on Monday, in compliance with requirements in the case against them.
The latest allegations against Tate come nearly a month after he and Tristan returned to the U.S. after travel restrictions were lifted by Romanian prosecutors.
“The request to change the obligation of not leaving Romania was approved,” prosecutors confirmed last month, but said the Tates would still need to “check in with judicial authorities” when required. A reason for the travel ban being lifted was not provided.
A week after the brothers landed in Florida, Attorney General James Uthmeier announced they were under investigation in the Sunshine State for “publicly admitt[ing] to participating in what very much appears to be soliciting, trafficking, preying upon women around the world.”
“Florida has zero tolerance for human trafficking and violence against women,” Uthmeier wrote on X days before the official investigation was announced. “If any of these alleged crimes trigger Florida jurisdiction, we will hold them accountable.”
The controversial brothers were arrested in December 2022 and formally charged the following June for their alleged roles in luring women to Romania and exploiting them.
They have denied any wrongdoing. ...read more read less
