(KRON) -- The Oakland Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old boy last seen in the city on Monday. Markey Williams Jr. is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what he was wearin g when he went missing.
