Wynne, 39, was booked into San Francisco County Jail initially on charges of pimping and pandering. Further investigation, according to SFPD, suggested Wynne had committed additional crimes, including producing child pornography.
On Wednesday, SFPD announced it believes there are additional victims who were victimized by Wynne. The department is asking anyone who may have been victimized by Wynne to come forward and speak with investigators.
Separately, the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety put out a statement saying that Wynne has ties to Sonoma County and was known to frequent the area. SFPD, according to Rohnert Park police, has reason to believe Wynne may have operated in Rohnert Park.
Wynne rose to online prominence, posting videos under the handle "RawRicci415," and fashioning himself as a kind of neighborhood watchdog. His videos, which shined a harsh light on the city's street conditions and open-air drug markets, garnered thousands of views, and even led to him getting airtime on major news networks.
Wynne currently remains in custody. The investigation, police say, is ongoing. ...read more read less
