TOPEKA (KSNT) - The Topeka Police Department is at the scene of a two-vehicle crash in west Topeka on Wednesday morning. Around 8 a.m., the TPD was called to the 2600 block of S. 6th Ave. for reports of a two-vehicle crash. A 27 News reporter at the scene says construction was already disrupting traffic in the area.
