SYLVANIA, Ga. (WSAV) -- The Sylvania Police Department is asking for help in locating an individual in a March 13 incident. Eli James Torrence is described as a white male, 33 years old, 5'10" and approximately 180 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. The investigation has led to four felony w arrants being secured against Torrence:  Child Molestation, Sexual Battery, Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes and Cruelty to Children (1st Degree). According to the Sylvania Police, Torrence is actively avoiding law enforcement and is essentially homeless. He has most recently been known to be in Bryan County.
