Formal wear of all kinds; many national costumes on display. A lot of mostly young beautiful people going out of their way to look at flowers but mostly looking at each other, their cameras, and themselves. No cops or security guards in sight! It's all very fresh and lovely. Now they're selling t-shirts too. Get there early if the weather is good and you want a spot under the trees.
