WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Charges are being sought after a woman allegedly hit a man with her car Wednesday morning. According to Winston-Salem police, just after 8 a.m. they responded to reports of an assault. Officials were told that Asja Janae Manning, 28, reportedly hit a man with her c ar and fled the scene. Officers in the area of Rugby Row located Manning and tried to make a traffic stop, but she didn't stop and there was a brief chase that stopped on West 24th Street.
