UPDATE: A child was killed in a residential fire in Calumet County on Wednesday morning, according to the sheriff's office.Deputies say them along with the New Holstein Fire Department were called just after 2 a.m. to reports of the fire and a child not breathing in the town of Charlestown.Deputies say crews recovered an unresponsive child and tried life-saving measures.
