Co-owner Heather Lippis, who has been immersed in the world of flowers for as long as she can remember says, "I love all flowers. You know, this time of year is one of my favorite times of year. Just because it's so busy and all the flowers are coming out, so I can't really say I have one favorite." Lippis' enthusiasm is contagious, especially as the business gears up for the spring and summer seasons when the greenhouse's eight large structures come alive with colors and scents. Despite its success, the greenhouse isn't without its challenges. Lippis cites the unpredictable Colorado weather, especially hail, as one of the most significant hurdles to overcome. "We've had issues with the weather, Lippis explained. "I had really bad hail damage a couple of years ago, so that was kind of hard. But other than that, that is really not much." However, Lippis and her family continue to push forward, working tirelessly to ensure that the plants are protected and ready for the demands of the season. The greenhouse's reputation for producing high-quality, disease-free plants has kept it a favorite in the community, and it remains an integral part of the local agricultural scene.
