ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) - Don't look now, but there are snow showers around this morning. Flakes fly along a boundary with a small Lake Ontario boost through early this afternoon, then taper off and skies clear out overnight. It will be a glorious Thursday with clearing skies and high pressure. Sur e, it will be a cold start, but it is also going to be sunny. That sunshine will help send temperatures into the upper 40s, a nice jump from what we are starting with this morning. 8-Day Forecast There is a weak boundary that sweeps by Thursday night into Friday and that should be mostly in the form of rain as temperatures do not drop back into the 20s. Friday should be a mixture of clouds and sunshine as we anticipate our next system to arrive by the weekend. This weekend looks like a mess. It is tricky to decipher exactly how it will end up, but there will be rain showers around through Saturday and Sunday.
