Road rage incident leads to shots fired in Windsor, Hartford

WINDSOR, CT. (WWLP) - One person is expected to recover after being shot during a road rage incident that extended from Windsor to Hartford.

Police say it started on I-91 south near exit 35 in Windso
r around 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday, according to NBC Connecticut. The investigation closed the highway between exits 35B and 35A for hours but has since reopened.
Police are also investigating two other incidents on Weston street in Hartford related to this. Two people are currently in police custody. It's unknown what charges they are facing.
