We're tracking a weak offshore system which may bring some light showers to areas south of Providence this morning...especially near the coast. That precipitation will be exiting the region by around 9AM.
Then, we'll have partly sunny skies through mid-day before another chance of showers arrives.
A weak disturbance passes overhead late in the afternoon, helping to create some rain showers after 3PM.
Highs today will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s with west-southwesterly winds of 5-10mph.

Those afternoon showers will linger into the evening, and there may be some light snow/graupel mixed in as well. Skies will clear later in the night with late night lows in the low 30s.
TOMORROW
Thursday looks pretty nice with lots of sunshine and seasonable afternoon temperatures.
Expect highs around 50 tomorrow afternoon with winds from the west 5-12mph...maybe a few higher gusts.
LOOKING AHEAD
Some cloudiness is possible Thursday night into early Friday, then skies will clear.
Highs Friday with a blend of clouds and sun will be in the mid 50s.
