WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A police chase in Winston-Salem ended with the suspect crashing into a concrete wall on Tuesday night, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department. Police say that the chase began on the 500 block of North Martin Luther King Jr. Drive when the suspect backed hi s vehicle into officers who attempted to pull him over. The chase ended when the suspect crashed into a concrete wall at the intersection of West End Boulevard and Reynolda Road. Police say the suspect was taken into custody after a brief chase on foot and that no officers were injured in the chase. The suspect suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash.
