ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester Police officer and two other people were hospitalized on Tuesday night after a crash on Monroe Avenue, according to police. Officers were called to the scene near Field Street around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Investigators said that it appeared the RPD vehicle was struck by another vehicle when the officer attempted to make a turn while patrolling the area.
