A retail theft operation in San Ysidro earlier this month netted 80 arrests and the recovery of more than $36,000 in allegedly stolen goods, California Highway Patrol investigators announced Tuesday. The operation took place from March 17 to 21 at the Las Americas Premium Outlets on Camino De La Pla za, Officer Jared Grieshaber said in a news release.
