SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Authorities made dozens of arrests during a five-day retail theft operation at the Las Americas Premium Outlets, California Highway Patrol stated in a news release Monday. Between March 17 and March 21, CHP officers made 80 arrests, 13 of which were felony level, and rec overed 391 stolen items.
