MOORE, Okla. (KFOR) — Moore Police have released body camera footage of the events leading up to an officer-involved shooting that resulted in the death of a 19-year-old stabbing suspect on March 20. The video posted on social media by Moore Police includes two 911 calls leading up to the incid ent—one by the suspect's mother and another by a neighbor. The first caller tells police dispatch that her son had stabbed her mother and that she had locked herself in the bedroom. In the second call to police, a neighbor tells dispatch that the two victims came across the street after being stabbed. 19-year-old suspect dead following officer-involved shooting in Moore Officers later arrived at the home on Butler Avenue near Northwest 5th Street, where they encountered 19-year-old James Collier. Body cam video shows the man identified as Collier approaching officers while holding a machete. The officers repeatedly tell Collier to drop the weapon as he continues to approach them.
