ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Ontario County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a Bloomfield man and charged him with Predatory Sexual Assault against a minor. According to OCSO, 40-year-old Zachary Rogers was arrested on an indictment warrant on March 14. OCSO said this followed an investigation c onducted by OCSO and Ontario County Child Protective that determined Rogers had criminal sexual contact with a person under the age of 13. Rogers was charged with Predatory Sexual Assault against a child under the age of 13, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was arraigned in Ontario County Court and his bail was set at $75,000 cash or $150,000 bond. Rogers will reappear at a later date in Ontario County Court. ...read more read less
