Ludlow elects new selectmen, school committee members

LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP) - Ludlow voters went to the polls on Monday to decide contested races for the Board of Selectmen and for the school committee.

In the race for Selectman, the top two candidates secured seats on the board. A
nthony Alves was the top vote-getter with incumbent William Rosenblum securing re-election with a second-place finish.
On the school committee side, three candidates were vying for two seats on the board for a three-year term. Newcomer Christopher Manfredi was the top vote-getter with incumbent Jeffrey Stratton being re-elected.
Finally, there was a contested race for a one-year unexpired term on the committee. Amanda Codding won that seat.
