New Orleans police seek victims in sex crimes investigation

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is searching for victims of a wanted sex crimes suspect.
According to the NOPD, 26-year-old Max Alexander Dobbs is currently incarcerated in East Baton Rouge Parish an
d is wanted in New Orleans on charges of second-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping.
Additional arrests made in connection with St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office sergeant’s death
Officers report the crime happened at an undisclosed location in the New Orleans area.
Through an investigation, NOPD officers believe Dobbs may have committed additional sex crimes against victims who have yet to report them to law enforcement.
