Buffalo Creek Academy now closing at the end of the week following staff shortage

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Buffalo Creek Academy has announced it is closing at the end of the week due to a staff shortage after initially announcing it would close at the end of the school year.
March 28 will be the last day of instruction at the school. It will be a half day with dismissal at 11:
30 a.m.
The head of the school, Dr. Chris Manning said Buffalo Creek cannot continue to run "safely" with their current staffing situation. School fairs will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday this week as they say they will with work families to ensure smooth transitions.
