BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Coroner's Office identified the 22-year-old woman killed in a crash Monday morning in McFarland. The coroner's office identified Jessica Ledesma Sotelo, of Delano, as the driver who died in a crash Monday at Stradley Avenue and Peterson Road. 15-year-old reported missing, last seen on Ming Ave: Bakersfield PD According to CHP, Sotelo failed to stop at a stop sign while traveling southbound on Stradley Avenue when she collided with a dump truck at Peterson Road.
