BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Police are asking for help to locate a 15-year-old who last seen Monday in southwest Bakersfield. The department said Hannah Valdez, 15, was last seen in the 5000 block of Ming Avenue at around 1:34 p.m. on March 24. Valdez is considered at risk because she has no pr ior history as a runaway.
