NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Clear skies, light winds, & dry-air conditions are allowing for a seasonably chilly start across the region. Weather is not as chilly as yesterday morning, with temperatures mostly near or below the freezing mark in the western mountains, Four Corners, and northern mountain s, but elsewhere is mostly starting off in the 40s to the 50s with westerly winds still present out east. Those winds are descending down the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, providing a milder start compared to western neighbors.
