MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A car accident on Interstate 269 caused traffic delays early Tuesday morning. According to the Mississippi Department of Transportation, all lanes going southbound on I-269 past Laughter Road exit 5 are blocked due to a crash. Shooting reported overnight in South Memphi s WREG crews at the scene captured photos of what appeared to be a tractor-trailer involved in the wreck.
