(KRON) -- Thieves were caught on video breaking into a San Jose liquor store early Monday morning. Hype Liquors was broken into around 5 a.m., according to an Instagram post by the business.
Video of the break-in (above) shows a group of thieves forcing entry into the store by tying a chain to the
front door handles. The chain was tied to a black sedan that drove forward to break the door open.
A group of at least three masked thieves were seen blitzing into the liquor store. Video shows them stealing a cart full of items.
The break-in caused thousands of dollars in damage, the business said in a social media post.
