LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) – Two New Mexico State University students now have their art displayed at Las Cruces bus stops. It's all part of Art Stop 2025, an initiative bringing student and local art to the public. NMSU said the two seniors, Yalet Yanar and Citlali Delgado, were chosen for their un ique and powerful pieces. Applications open for Albuquerque’s ‘Artists At Work’ initiative Yanar's "Take a Walk" reflects her personal journey throughout the city, showing off the beauty, colors, and contrasts of the desert city. Meanwhile, Delgado's "Second Sight" is a powerful tribute to the resilience and intuition of women.
