ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Gusty afternoon winds caused power outages throughout parts of Monroe County Monday evening. According to Rochester Gas & Electric, more than 1,000 customers were without power after 5 p.m. Monday - mostly in Greece. By 8:15 p.m. Monday, that number had gone down to about 836.
