LINCOLN, R.I. (WPRI) — Police have arrested a Massachusetts man accused of robbing an elderly woman at Bally's Twin River Casino over the weekend. Christopher Pagan (Courtesy: Lincoln Police Department) Christopher Pagan, 31, of Lowell, was taken into custody Sunday morning and charged with f irst-degree robbery. Police said Pagan stood behind the woman for several minutes before forcefully ripping a winning voucher and cash out of her hand. Pagan then left the casino and took off running into a nearby neighborhood. He was apprehended "within minutes" by the officers who went out looking for him, according to police. Investigators were able to identify Pagan using surveillance footage from inside the casino. Court records indicate that Pagan faced a judge Monday and was ordered held without bail.
