APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – The City of Appleton marked the birthday of the legendary magician, Harry Houdini, on Monday, honoring the man who claimed Appleton as his hometown despite being born in Hungary. The Appleton Library hosted several magicians to celebrate the occasion, showcasing live per formances to the public. Gov.
