PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- Prince George's County police said a man from Washington, D.C., is dead after he was shot in the Capitol Heights area Sunday afternoon. According to the Prince George's County Police Department (PGPD), at around 1:40 p.m. on March 23, officers respond ed to the 1200 block of Boones Hill Road for the report of a "deceased male." 19-year-old killed inside Bowie home identified; PGPD offering $25K reward At the scene, officers found 24-year-old Isiah Hunter in a wooded area. Police said he had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead there. Detectives are working to identify those responsible and determine a motive for the deadly shooting.
