NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – An overturned cement truck is blocking Monday morning traffic near Northwoods Mall. Officers with the North Charleston Police Department said the crash happened in the eastbound lanes of Rivers Avenue in front of the Bahama Breeze restaurant, which is currently s hut down to traffic.
